Cineviz

Cineviz turns a song into an anime fight. You drop in a track, and two fighters drawn in light battle to it, with the choreography following the music.

It runs entirely in the browser: the song stays on your device, and the director's panel lets you change the shot, the lens and the timing while it plays.
